Crystal Spring Water offers options when it comes to receiving your bottled water products and orders. We offer home, business, and industrial facility delivery to customers across the Mid-Ohio Valley and surrounding areas. We do not require a contract when you place an order for home or business delivery—if you order at least two bottles, we can complete your delivery with no extra delivery charge. We offer as-needed and scheduled delivery options, so you never have to worry about running out of refreshing Crystal Spring Water.

Our customer service department will do everything we can to accommodate our customers. This includes everything from how you receive your bill, to helping you to your vehicle when you purchase bottled water in-store. We work with you when it comes to receiving and paying your bill. From getting your bill mailed to you, to having it faxed or emailed, we like to set up your account in a way that works best for you. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and check. If you purchase bottled water in-store, you can choose to pay before you leave, or charge to your account.
Set-Up for Your Water Cooler from the Professionals
When you choose Crystal Spring Water for your water cooler rentals and sales, you get the support of professionals to assist you in setting up the cooler. After you submit your rental or purchase request, we can deliver your cooler as soon as the following day. Our team will assist you with set-up, from plugging in the cooler, to showing you proper cleaning techniques, and how to use your new cooler. We make water cooler rentals easy! We rent on a month-to-month basis. “No long-term contracts” means that if you only need a cooler for a short period of time, such as for a wedding or convention, we can make that happen. All water cooler rentals come with an annual cleaning, where we exchange your rental cooler for a freshly sanitized cooler, at no cost to you.
